At £200 million, the construction of these state-of-the-art film and TV studios was one of the UK's largest projects to get underway during the 2020 covid pandemic.

LBHGEO developed foundation and earthworks strategies that enabled Bam Construction to deliver a 25 acre campus of 12 No. 40ft high sound stages with adjacent production offices, workshops, prop stores, dressing rooms, make-up and wardrobe spaces. The studios were designed from the ground up with the most sustainable materials and technologies.​​​​
